Just got a 2005 TRD. Got it right before deer season and I’m loving it! Just installed an Alpine ILX 650. Haven’t figured out where to put the usb plug and microphone yet. So, you might see a question from me soon. Trying to decide on whether or not I’m getting a camper shell.

Any advice is appreciated whether about the things I mentioned or not.

I ran my mic into the coin holder on right side of steering wheel, stuck it to the underside of it and has perfect clarity and I didnt have to run wires in the A pillar.

Welcome to TW! Top of the A-pillar trim should be an easy place to clip the mic then just route the wire behind it.
