    My polecats have varying appetite for eggs. One liked quail eggs (boiled), another doesn't, and another is unknown yet. All of them like scrambled, plain chicken egg cut up into small cubes. In general, any of them could change dietary preference; a regular food item served for months and years could become disliked next week.
