WAIT !!!! I think I can do the 3rd gen owners a good deed and maybe get a wave to assist with fuel savings .
Considering Mike Squeers did it to all the 2021 3rd gen trucks , I promise you are going to save big bucks on fuel . Go outside and remove the transmission aftercooler from your tow package . You wouldnt beleive how much drag that aftercooler can whip up and to boot , its heavy as hell .
Now can I get a wave ?

I've noticed having a roof rack and AT tires I get no attention from stock trucks but other modified 3rd gen trucks always wave/acknowledge my existence. OP must just have a boring, stock truck.
I will say the Miata community is the most active in waving to others, especially 1st gens with the pop up headlights. Never have I been out in my Miata and passed another one without the driver waving.

 

I dont understand why guys think its stupid and get so butthurt over a wave. If i see a nice modded taco, i do a little nod or just a little wave. Obviously the dude likes his taco and its just a way of saying nice ride man. Nothing wrong with that.

So if you guys go camp or whatever and see a nice modded taco close by, you are not gonna go talk to the owner? I did, and made a buddy, we go camp in the summer/fall, its fun. Why the fuck not?

I try to wave when I get a wave.
Sorry ladies/gents, I don't initiate the wave.
There were times when I got wave but we passed each other fast enough that I didn't get a chance to wave back and I felt kinda bad for that.
