I post stories because I am so frustrated at the constant bashing of highly skilled people like me.

To get the other side of the story per say. There is even a third side to my career As well but those stories need to held in check until I retire.

Moron stories are just things that customers do or say, or not say, that greatly affects the quality and costs of repairs after they bring their vehicle in. Needless costs that can so easily be avoided.
Spent my career caring for people and families. Being someone they trust without question.
I’ve said this hundreds of times. I have people lives in my hands. I will not lower my standards
for anyone or any company. Weather it’s an oil change on a new or old customer car or the 185 mph race cars I work on for my buddy.




Now it’s more CYA as everything is our fault.
It is what it is. I’ve done all I can do.
I have a clear conscience.
If customers only knew.......

Snow removal season has started.
Saw a few cars in the ditch coming home last night.
At work sign up sheets for holiday overtime were put up. Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
