The Joy's of homeownership! I've been thinking about replacing water heater it's been 13 years since I put it in and would hate to have it spring a leak like the prior one. Hey on a positive note: the wife picked a tag from trees for a young boy and girl. The boy six yrs wanted a bike. I remember a couple of bikes at Christmas and the joy.20201205_184053.jpg

That’s awesome! I remember getting a tobacco stick with a string tied to it. It was my horse.

Almost 5,000 hours and my projector lamp exploded. Literally. After waiting just over a month for a new one to be in stock, I got it replace this afternoon so the theater room is back up and running. :D

That will be a great 4 wheeler for you. I've had my Suzuki King Quad since new in I think 2005, it's been a good machine. Use it mostly for yard work. I had no luck on deer this season and getting very discouraged even getting permission to hunt property. I had a few places and enjoyed the time, just not the greatest places to go. The farmer that gave me permission to go wherever I please passed away last year and now his (families) hired hands have it posted. 20201105_120817.jpg

It’s hard to find a place around here too. We’re blessed to have a 44 acre tract a man let’s us hunt in exchange for me keeping it bush hogged every year. I figure it’s about 25 acres I bush hog.

My source for cut and split firewood is no longer available. I miss having a truckload for occasional fires, and back up for power loss. But worst case scenario my house has proper breaker and I have a gas heat and small generator that I could power up. That and a television...that's all I need lol
