Perhaps I'm getting old and grumpy...but I'm so sick of the term "Overlanding". My goodness.... it's friggin truck camping. I blame Instagram.

Made a Peleton rack today. I recently learned these are quite popular with that crowd. Need a place to hang shoes, put towels, water, etc. 27" x 39" for reference. Have 3 more orders now, but 2 shoe models.

    @Delta09

Admission is the 1st step to healing, right? My names Bill. I have a problem.

    :anonymous:

My stash is actually pretty low at the moment.

All this stuff was bought on sale/rebates. Can't pass up a good deal. :p

Up coming OC on the daughter's Yaris.

    20201212_185044.jpg

The next OC on the wife’s Corolla. Actually a mix...2 quarts of 0/20 and 2 quarts of 5/30....both Valvoline. Scraps from OCs on friend's vehicles. No sense in wasting perfectly good oil. o_O

    20201212_185011.jpg

My Frankenoil jug for my small engines. Scraps from various OCs. Many different brands....conventional, synthetic....every weight under 50. Haven't bought oil in years for my small engines.

    20201205_180718.jpg

Same Frankenoil in a quart for easier top offs.

    20201212_185137.jpg

My make up oil. Currently a mix of M1 Truck and SUV and M1 HM....both 5/30. I rarely add make up oil to my vehicles. Eventually it goes into the Tacoma and something fresh becomes the make up oil.

    20201212_185144.jpg

Some additives bought on sale. The carb cleaner is for the mower/pressure washer. I add a little to my small engine 2 gallon gas can....my own Top Tier mix. The other one is going in the Yaris at the next service.

    20201212_185243.jpg

Maxlife atf. Always around. It's used in many transmissions and power steering systems in the family and friend's vehicles.

    20201212_185151.jpg

Coolant. You can never have enough, right?

    20201212_185337.jpg

    Honorable mentions.

Recent OC on oldest daughter's boyfriend's Hyundai Santa Fe. The Meijer oil is part of the Warren family.

    20201011_110637.jpg

And not pictured....4 quarts of free Meijer conventional 10/30 given to me by a neighbor. Just the other day I used it for a "charity change" on a friend '09 Prius...170k miles. She's a hard working single mom.

    Very nice.

Next big wood project for me is a mobile work bench with a table saw, planer, and router.
I’ll be able to get some tool boxes out when I retire and rearrange things.
At some point ,In the next few years I hope ,I’m redoing a upgrade on the kitchen.
I’m glad I got your number.. ( hint hint)

I also need to make either a 4x4 or 4x8 mobile work table. Juggling things on saw horses and plywood is becoming taxing. Figure if I do a bottom shelf...free storage.

Hint...drop the table saw so it's same height as table top...use as out feed if needed. Like this.

That’s why my cabinets are raised. So I didn’t lose the floor storage.

No no. I don't have any room for something like that. Well, I guess it could fit in unfinished side of basement...but dust would be unmanageable. I made all the cuts for that rack out in my driveway.

If I end up making a pile of these, I'll have to figure out something different.

    Haha...yes!

I could probably convert part of basement if I really wanted to.

My garage is 20x22. I have it well organized and both the Taco and Corolla in it. But what I wouldn't do for a 50x50 unattached garage with a 12' ceiling for a lift.
