I won't actually give you shit for that tiny amount of dirt.

I will suggest a FOAM CANNON. Hose or pressure washer variety. I am always surprised how much just a little soap in the equation helps float dirt off and if soap and water doesn't get it off the hidden areas then I just don't care. Blast with water, blow on soap, soak, blast off and done.

I fail to believe this is a real thread. This was a Friday joke, right? "My truck got muddy when I drove it in the mud." For fuck's sake. For absolute fuck's sake. Third Gens are just cancer that eat your brain. It's getting to the point where I'm ashamed to drive the damn thing. "Which lift makes my dick look bigger?" "Which snorkel goes best with this handbag?" Don't bother banning me I'll show myself out.

No I'm not entirely serious though they do seem to have more issues than the first and second gens combined they get straightened out, and for 90% of users they're just fine for 90% of what they need.

It's the ones that like to tinker and play hard that seem to discover the shortcomings.

Mostly I'm just poking good natured sibling rivalry fun at the younger generation.

That pic looks like my 2 mile road every spring after the frost comes out. I traveled it everyday with the old tundra when going to work. Coming up a neighbor's stuck vehicle was pretty common. Never had an issue with that tundra. Just hope this new taco is just as good.

3rd gen does get a lot of hate. My truck has been stellar though, couple minor recalls. I probably fall in the 90% of user category.

If I was you I would invest in a pressure washer.

As far as long term damage mud can cause look at deteriorated lifespan of the alternator, premature rust of the frame. Make sure you wash off everything as best as possible as dried up mud contains moisture within it and can continue to accelerate rust regardless of drying.

Pure water is the best solution to washing away mud both in the engine bay and the undercarriage. My advice would be to stay away from mudding but I do understand the fun in doing such shenanigans.

When I drove my 2020 off the dealer lot, the first thing I did was find a mud hole to try out the locker and ATRAC. 1 year later, I just dented my 2nd set of doors. It still runs and drives better than new. It’s all about perspective.

Pressure washer can be your best friend. Between the truck, wife car, the boat, and the vinyl house siding....i'm amazed its briggs engine still runs.

I read that list of pressure washed items as: truck, wife, car, boat, house. My first thought was 'well if she gets that dirty...'. Then I realized that's not what you wrote.
