    Good morning. Happy Sunday.


    Several years ago a group of Dr’s from Emory University Hospital came to where I work to get info on night shift and rotation shift workers sleep patterns. They already had a lot of good info on sleep and I learned from their initial presentation. Sleep issues can be an indicator that something is out of balance, whether it’s digestive, emotional, neurological.

    Anyway, it’s time for another cup of coffee.

    Watched the local news this morning. They were live as the vaccines first shipment from Pfizer was rolling out, kinda proud moment for the town. Although there is more excitement when the fist batch of Oberion from Bells is tapped.

    Get hearing aids. My dad finally broke down and got them a year ago. He's been around loud machinery all his life and even with ear plugs in he lost a lot of his hearing. He also has tinnitus. His hearing aids connect to an app on his phone and when the tinnitus kicks in he can use the app to cancel out the ringing. It takes a while for the docs to tweak it to the right frequency but once they do it helps. Over time its supposed to make it so the tinnitus happens less and less, basically retraining your ears.
