Oil compressor can handle heat better IMHO. Doesn’t mean it’s quieter.
Better? Like I said I don’t know about that one..

 

I can’t use a 1/2 inch.
Way to heavy.
Will aggravate my tennis elbow severely...

I never used a cordless impact gun before. I have no clue on the weight.

 

It's not so much the weight that's hard about the 1/2 inch. It's the distribution, and the amount of effort you have to put into controlling it when giving full throttle.

 

They are heavy..
I use a 3/8 Impact and drill. NP..

 

I have Milwaukee exclusively for my cordless tools, zero complaints.

 

I used pneumatic impact gun. Certain impact guns will jerk my wrist from the torque. Some are not that balance.

I like the feel of my Snap on impact guns. They feel smooth at full throttle and well balance.

 

Actually I still have a Makita my grandmother bought me for my 8th birthday.. still works but the batteries don't last long

 

Make sure your ass end is in good order.

Are they heavier than the pneumatic impact of the same size?

 

Most pneumatics are heavier in my experience

5 min and I can feel it..
