Think of it this way though. What is the university there for? It's not there to bring in revenue and act as revenue generator off the backs of kids that do what get their tuition paid for. It's there as an education center to allow students to go onto a better career. Private colleges I've got no problem with but state level I've got a problem with. If they generate all that revenue then why are public colleges and universities always begging the state legislature for more $$$$ in their budgets, why are they going for grant money all the time, why aren't tuitions lower if they are getting revenue from other forms, why do universities have/need such huge endowments. It makes you wonder when you really sit down and start taking a hard look at the finances (which are public record).

 

Because it is no longer about education and all about money.

That's kinda my point with the initial comment.

 

Oh trust me I got it. My wife and I had a long conversation about this when they tried to charge her MORE because of all classes being moved online

Even though all of her classes already were, online

 

According to the test data from Pfizer you still must wear a mask, social distance, and adhere to all government shutdown and measures to prevent the spread. So..............

 

If they won't allow us to ditch the masks...……..I'm not taking it. I was only willing to be a guinea pig if I could ditch the mask

If guidelines were followed yeah. Then again the rules apply to everyone else...you know what I'm getting at

 

Our lady that was in charge of the Universities really did a number on them with exactly what I was talking about. She wasn't liked especially in the university world but she exposed a lot of waste and issues with situations like that. Tried reigning it in some but a different person got voted in and appointed someone that went right back to the status queue

I'm going to keep doing what I've been doing and living life. Eat some dirt, grease, and lots of hot sauce that shit will keep your immune system up to par and kill everything in your system.

 

I'm not taking it if I still have to wear the mask. That's a deal breaker for me. They tell us each year. Take the flu shot....no mask.....don't take it....mask. I take the flu shot

 

I'm willing to wait and see how the first wave does with the vaccine if I can't ditch the mask. I'm not to trusting of this vaccine to begin with...…..I just hate the masks more
