So after search functioning for hours I'm looking at probably running into a slight rub after wheels/tires/spacers installation tomorrow. I'm a trimming noob and swore I'd never do it but the poke from the spacers just looks too badass. Tips for trimming? Again, I search function'd til my eyes bled and I think I'm more confused now. Figured I'd just come straight to the source.

What's the safest/most harmless trim? How do you tell where it needs it? Tools? DIY or shop? Anything helps and is greatly appreciated!

My memories of Fort Hunter Liggett generally start with something like this..

....then walking up that hill carrying a ruck sack after flying on a Blackhawk at night into an LZ somewhere on FHL. I would love to be able to drive around it now. Great pictures!

Same here in Gawgia. You'd have to hunt all day to find a mud puddle to play in.

Thanks man! There were other areas I didn’t post pics of where we walked to the bottom of a trail (picture below doesn’t do it justice but they never do) but decided it was to steep to hike up. Didn’t drive up either, just couldn’t be sure what was beyond the crest; seriously would not want to attempt backing down either. Sometimes it’s just better to play it safe and live to discover another trail. Thank you for your service Sir! :oldglory:

I just traded in my SR5 rear wheel drive access cab and got 25K on my trade. I paid 31K for it in ‘17. Not bad for trade in value.

Thanks. Btw I got the caps from Rock Auto, they are CAPA certified parts so they’re equivalent to the OEM black bumper caps but cheaper, $116 shipped.

When stuff is shipped using USPS we don't have to pay extra brokerage fees. If it's an expensive item we expect there may be duty fees and that's fair enough. As an example I've bought a few things from @MESO in the past and it's always shipped using USPS, so no brokerage fees (and no duties). He was sold out of an item I wanted so I went to one of the vendors on his website and I assumed the item would ship via USPS but unfortunately it came via UPS and I was dinged over $37 in brokerage fees alone plus duties and taxes ($55 USD total) for a $90 item for which I had already paid $20 in shipping fees... It's just ridiculous. And that's besides the fact our dollar is weaker and it costs us $1.30 for every dollar spent. So yes we are always looking for better deals... :canada:

Nice! Did you paint the red trim yourself? or is that something you purchased? I saw someone else posted it as a DIY.

The Inferno trim came standard on my Inferno Tacoma. I think I have also read somewhere that you can dye it or wrap it yourself, but Toyota will sell you this exact piece from most any dealership (probably all of them tbh) if you are interested in switching!
