Meant to respond to this yesterday, but Silverstars are not a recommended product. Sylvania Osram has had to pay $30 million to settle a class action lawsuit over fraudulent advertising claiming Silverstars are brighter than stock, when they were using a stock bulb run at 80% of output vs their new bulb at 100% in order to make that claim. The blue coatings on Silverstars make the output whiter, which may appear brighter, but are reduce output over stock. Although admittedly I haven't kept up on their latest bulbs in that line. If you follow the 2nd Gen headlight thread, best stock wattage low beam replacement is the Philips Racing Vision, but that bulb loses high beam output for the same reason as the Silverstars as it has a blue coating over the high beam filament. The Tungsram Nighthawk Xenon +120 is the best performing bulb without a performance robbing high beam coating, although the low beam isn't as strong as the Racing Vision. I didn’t go for a drive, but here’s a shot looking at a hill ~75ft away. They are definitely bright AF!

 

Nice- how's the color compared to the pros? Looks a bit greener perhaps? Crash I assume you'll have chromacity and other data soon.

 

I hope to! Darker yellow optics on higher color temp emitters do give more of a green hue compared to lower color temp emitters and lighter correction optics. Similar to what is seen in Rigid selective yellow products.

Edit: To clarify I will once I have the optic, just waiting on the Max yellow optic to show up!
