Be nice to low-capacity users. He just can’t remember that he uses the abbreviation too. Friday must have been a bender, eh Lickskill?

The dying of the light you say!?!

    ------------------------------------------------

Do not go gentle into that good night,
    Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

I’m another that never cared for the nickname. Can’t tell you why exactly. And I don’t begrudge anyone calling their truck what they like. It’s my 2nd Tacoma, so I’ve identified as an owner for a minute.

As original post says.. "We". Looks like some are extra sensitive to the "Taco" terminology. Anyways... its just an observation.. Carry on......

I was going to come up with a witty comeback but actually I don't know what she calls me. We don't discuss a whole lot in this relationship.

I personally hate when people reference anything taco related to Tacoma's haha. Two different things. Its annoying how people across Facebook pages post about anything that is a taco on them. I also agree with OP first post with all this as well. I know it'll never stop, and trolls will keep on trolling. So I leave each to their own, and just know society around me is growing more stupid as we go haha

IMHO, this habit of acronyms and missing punctuation is a direct result of cell phone and texting.

This technology has made many people either stupid or lazy. When they write something, it is typically incoherent, filled with mis-spellings, no punctuation and then they wonder why they are not understood.

Dead on... I remember my last job we would get applications and resumes with the texting lingo people use now. Didn't even acknowledge them.
