    Im a pretty big fan of the duratracs I have on the plow truck. They were a bit more than the wildpeaks, but they are also e-rated.

    discount tire has been my goto the past couple sets. Decent price from the start and they gave me rebates on top of it.

    Good to know, seems like majority of TW loves KO2s. Is there an A/T or less-than-mud tire you guys recommend up here? Something decent in the snow that can be driven year round?

    Damn, that's way cheaper than I expected! I definitely want an MT, I love mud too much to keep running my ATs. And I have a buddy who will do a CMC for me to fit 33s. I'm jealous of you 3rd Gen guys who can run them so easily!

    Guys I'm sorry I constantly use this thread for my questions...

    Should I bother figuring out brake drums and how to replace shoes, or just bring it to a dealer? I usually do all my own maintenance, but this just looks like a pain in the ass

    Lots of choices, even mild mud terrain tires have come a long way for everyday use.

    Michelin Defender is a very capable tire. Good in the snow. Great all-around tire. I drive gravel roads with them and they do great. I don't think they are a good "off road" tire, but I don't have any first hand knowledge of that aspect. They definitely look more "street" than off road.

    I run Defenders on my Tacoma and also my Honda CRV, with good results.

    I mean, there are things I suppose I'd consider in trade..so I figured asking the guy for more details would be a good move.

    Pretty sure the guy who bought it was a dealer, but who cares..his money is green. If he's gonna put a little work into it, good for him..hood would have needed paint and a couple of other spots too. Plus I don't have to warranty it to him versus a private party..my parents had a nightmare of an experience selling a car when I was a kid.

    The MT101s sucked in the snow. Wouldn’t recommend. The AT3Ws that I have now are 1000x better! Would recommend those.
