Not at the moment. I ran some numbers and building a pole barn really won't add any value to my house as I'm basically maxed now based on my sqft. I'm still thinking about it but it's a lot of money to fork over and not see a return on

Sweet. It does suck not being able to easily tell whether you're positive. Would be much nicer if it was quick, then could just head right back to the gym.
Our local gym here is being kinda sneaky so I'm super thankful. They set up an outdoor gym since its the only way to be open, but because the rain they've been leaving the doors to the inside "open" lol.
Real clutch just hope it keeps going.

@weldertaco when you mentioned assisted dips did you mean the machine that lofts you at your knees or the tricep dip machine?

I saw the tricep dip/pushdown machine at the gym and its doable. I just hate machines lol

Either will work, no? If you weigh 180 then start off with like 150 assisted weight so you’re only moving 30lbs really and just feel it out from there.

30lbs? Why do you speak so offensively towards me?

    Is it cause I’m black?

This machine is more like load up 180lbs and since I weigh 150 (when I’m not fat) its like dips with 30lbs added.

Well of all the things I've seen from lurking on this thread for a little over a year, this is the most surprising.
    Lol never mind.

K so did a covid rapid test this evening. Not too bad. If it comes back negative I'm getting back in the gym.
