I hope like said before the perfect place. Either something available right away or a little time to shop around at least. I'm a 45 minute one way drive to work every day but location of my house is pretty nice. 2.5 acres outside of city limits and on pavement. Hard to find around here.

Nite nite fellas. Time to cash in..today wasn't terribly physical taxing, but mentally. Place is crazy sometimes. I logged in for just a short time at lunch and enjoyed it, brightened my day man.

Ahhh, the old 1st angle projection Vs. 3rd angle projection, I have a sheet I often laminate and hand out to the new operators.

Oh yeah, and on the topic of the poll. Our management meeting consisted of financial review of the year and what we decided to gift as a Christmas bonus. The nice thing is we consider the net bonus cost after the greedy bonus taxes, so what the see is what they actually take home.
Oh yeah, and a custom hoodie, box of chocolates, and a nice meal from an upscale BBQ place.:hungry:
We also do a white elephant gift exchange. I just purchased my present for it!

It never fails you feel sorry for a customer you go above the normal for a machine that should have gone back parts obsolete putting in free labor and materials building something that will get them working .

Then they complain the machine does not look like factory new. You tell them often welders are not like vehicles when they bring up I can get parts for my vehicles when they are 20 years old all over the place .

Quite different if it is some poor guy trying to put food on the table but when all the company upper management has new 4x4 pick ups it gets old.

I feel better now till the next time.

Ah the unappreciative customer, drives me nuts.

As I’ve gotten older I’ve come to realize it doesn’t matter what something looks like, I’d rather have it mechanically right, than shiny

Mornin' all. Got some white stuff on the way today. Forecast (guesscast) is anywhere from 2"-8" depending..
I'll probably take old blue this morning ('99 CRV), since the Taco is relatively cleaned up in the garage. Nice to have options. :D :burnrubber:

We’re supposed to get some white stuff but not sure how much. Freezing rain right now. Be safe!
