@Reh5108 in your pic that you posted, it looks like the one vacuum hose needs to be moved onto the one down below. I know that my truck has an open one on top of the engine, but I'm only guessing.

Ah word. To be fair when I blew mine I assumed it was the spiders but never fully knew when it got sent to ECGS.

Wasn't his user error/install error when he put in new gears though?

here are the spdt switches I used. These ones have independent lights so you can wire each light how you want.
    https://www.otrattw.net/V-SERIES-SEALED-ROCKER-SWITCH-BODY-ONLY-NO-ROCKER-V6D2UXXB.html

One of those switches is a spst switch
    https://www.otrattw.net/CONTURA-V-AMBER-AMBER-LEDS-LOWER-LED-INDEPENDENT-V1D1JNNB-00000-000.html

These are the terminals that must be used with the switchbacks

    https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetai...OR-HOUSING-BLACK/?qs=lCOfWMjvbt/x3H5RqAMpbw==

I used the molex 2.13 series connectors for the harness end, but there are endless options. That series is a little bit bulkier, but will handle up to 13 amps in clusters of 4 terminals or less and up to 11 amps in clusters from 5 to 15, And the pins are universal between 14 and 22 Gage. just going to attach a picture from the Waytek wire catalog since there are a lot of options for that particular series, but I recommend buying stuff like that from Mouser since they don’t have order minimums.C33001E1-D9C1-4365-A395-96F39DE24B57.jpg I’d go on Waytek wire and get a catalog from them though. I use their catalog to get the manufacturer part numbers and then type them into mouser because the mouser site is a little difficult to use otherwise. I’d also recommend looking at Waytek wire if you plan on ordering in bulk because they are cheaper, but most of their stuff does have order minimums.

I bought GXL 18 gage wire from wire barn
    https://www.wirebarn.com/18-AWG-GXL-AUTOMOTIVE-WIRE_c_15.html

The tools you’d need other than a pair of dikes and some strippers are

a T11 tool for the 630 terminals. Unsure if this is actually the recommended tool for this particular terminal, but it’s for another Delphi product that I had and it worked as it should.

I didn’t price check any of that stuff for this post. It’s likely that you could find stuff cheaper from other websites if you wanted to take the time

I bought those ones from otrattw.

looks like they’re out of the 10 slot ones, but mouser has them in stock.

I've currently got my bed removed and the gas tank dropped. Have been cleaning and painting stuff while I wait for more gas tank parts to arrive. Painted the tank skid today:

Can anyone tell me what this wire/cable is for, and if it should be plugged into something by the frame? It seems to be part of the diff lock wiring harness, but my searching skills are failing me.

I have a set of Rago bed stiffeners on mine. They seem fine, but there is not a lot of metal on the sides of the bed.

Did it make a difference? Right now my tailgate won’t close unless I hold the latch up. Any pics?
