Yep, also looks like he parked in front of the concrete basething which makes him stick out further than normal.

Dude requires a quite a few chocolate starfishes.

BOTH, if the driver had pulled to the white line there would have been half that distance still protruding into the driveway.

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
Plate looks like a purple heart recipient. If it is, he can park wherever he wants as far as I'm concerned.

A Purple Heart recipient deserves our respect, however it does not entitle him to park like an asshole.

    Stock for now.. maybe
Who knows, maybe there was someone parked in the handicap space already when they pulled up and decided... well fuck it I can't walk to far

    Just saying/thinking

It was probably just some asshole but who knows. I always park in the back. I really don't understand why people have to/want to get the closest parking space anyways. My GF does it and drives me crazy

I try to park "way out there" towards the back of the lot for 2 reasons:

Less parking lot rash, and easier to find my vehicle.

sometimes I am just lazy and park close, but the past few years I've not really cared and taken further spots just to park and get in the store. I hate shopping to begin with and like a quick entry and exit if possible

4 spots 5 if you count the one next to the trailer that you can’t pull in or out of but left the trailer sticking halfway out

Didn’t care about the parking space. Wasn’t that busy at Lowe’s. Just can’t imagine leaving my trailer like that

honestly for that I would of given a pass if they parked length-wise down over 4 spots, just so they weren't in the travel lane

I’m sure you will all love this, just towed this fella out of a handicap spot. There was two of them but the other guy was pulling out just as me and the security guy showed up and was able to escape with just a lecture. 300$ impound fee + what ever the ticket is from the resort security.

Is a ticket from a resort valid?

assuming that's what it takes to get the car from the Tow Yard
privet property with adequate postings of enforcement, I would think so

Having it towed is the enforcement. The yard can only hold your car until you pay the towing and storage fees. Maybe they could revoke a membership or something but it’s not like they can suspend your license or anything they have no authority for that. If you said no thank you what are they really going to do

I don't know about other states but here if you park in a marked handicap spot illegally you will get a ticket from law enforcement. A bit one. That is separate from any towing or impound fees. Having once needed those spots I tend to come down hard on folks who park illegally. I will call the cops, and have been known to block an offender in waiting for the cops.

This idiot was a city employee in a city vehicle who thought he was immune. His city refused to do anything about it. The CHP didn't feel so inclined and took Malibu to the mat over it.
