Tacoma - OVTUNE - VFTUNER - Update Info and Original Development

Pretty sure I've held it down longer than that but I'll try it again. I'll cut the abs if i have to, its bad enough the transmission lag makes this truck boring to drive, this problem just makes it worse

 

Pretty sure I've read before that turning Trac off will allow you to do some things, but at some point the truck intervenes and says.... Hey stop that shit

 

since i dont have anything to loose here it goes...

i purchassed vf tunner and a tune pack 3 weeks ago with 0 experience/knolege
with ovtune i have been doing my home work since and figured out i should have ask for 04a61 tune pack but i purchased 04a60 i have performed the 04a61 tsb update and now i have a worthless 04a60 tune pack that i paid 300$ and used it only 2 days...
i dont know if im getting gohsted by ovtune or they are really busy... but they have not responded to my request for a 04a61 tune pack more than a week now but they have fulfilled a request for extra credits in 2 days...

so thats it i paid 800$ worth of merchandise and now all i have is a tsb update lol!!!

so i am pretty much begging anybody for the 04a61 tune pack since im not interessred in paying an other 300$ on a another tune pack.. it does not feel right..

J/k, but no, it's not. And I imagine it won't be until January or later since Mat had said he'd be unavailable for the holiday beginning today.

 

I hope not. They haven’t responded to emails for the final tune file, let alone my master key was never sent (which was supposed to be automated), etc. It’s been a week since my last request. I had to message him on here and then all of a sudden the master key shows up in an email.

Concerned if there ever is an issue, I could be stranded for days/weeks.

Purchase was made in November. Communication is lacking.

 

Master keys usually come quick. Have you checked your spam folder?

 

Yes, checked my Spam/Junk folder multiple times to make sure before I emailed them.

 

also make sure you are checking the email that you used to make the order.

 

As long as credits purchased after the 15th can still be applied before January, I'll be content.

I am eagerly awaiting the new update to VF though.

 

Well I guess I found out why my Cyber Monday order hasnt arrived yet sent email to OVtune

 

We have been having so many freaking issues with UPS these last 3 weeks it's unbelievable.
Packages disappearing... packages now being damaged..
packages going missing at the Canadian border.

 

Dont feel bad. This js FedEx idea of a solution
