Yes there are three torque settings. 1st one is good for running in a long bolt that doesn't have a ton of resistance. Setting two is good for "encouraging" nuts and bolts to move. Setting three is the end of encouragement and the statement "I wasn't asking..." can be heard. Setting four is the same torque as setting three, but as soon as the tool detects the bolt has come loose, it cuts the rpms in half or more, so it's much more controllable on the extraction.

I'm using the xc 5.0 and 6.0 batteries. They're still relatively new at maybe five months old, and hold their charge very well. The impacts don't drain the batteries as much as an angle grinder that's constantly running under high load does. For the amount I use the impacts, I can go all week without having to charge them.

Morning stockers. I'm counting down the days to my roadtrip with the new truck! Only three more days!

What is the most used setting? Which setting is for lug nuts?

Setting 4, would you say it's more of a controlled setting?

I was reading on this forum and others that higher the battery pack ah rating the more power the tool have. In your experience, is this true?

Can you feel the difference when using a smaller battery than a larger battery pack, as far as weight goes?

At Home Depot the 5.0ah batteries are more money than the 6.0ah.

Every time I see any shootings, stabbings, or stupid shit like this I assume it's always in either Sanford, Westbrook, or Lewiston/Auburn and 9 times out of 10 it's spot on. My buddy has lived on Brown St in Westbrook for 20 years and, while it's being gentrified, he said he still has a gun in every room of his house to fend off the tweakers in case they break in (that used to be the shady 'crack house' area from what he says). The idiocy spills into Windham once in awhile though but we chase them out with our high taxes and snobbery :rofl::rofl:
