    so i searched, nada.

is there a way to adjust the power window’s end points? mine seems to want to go further up in the track, when closing and then it goans a touch. (like it doesnt know where the limit is.
my cousins 17 and brothers 18 dont do that, they stop nicely, quietly.

I have no idea how they worked but I assumed they were load based. Like when the motor sees excessive load, it stops.

thats what im thinking. i work on automatic doors for work, so im wondering if there is a learn cycle for these. i found toyota uses the same switches for multiple vehicles, so has to be a way to program them.

There's is definitely a way to reprogram them. Try using Google for search and adding Tacomaworld at the end. Seems to work better. Is your battery upgraded?

You could try the initialization procedure.

My back windows do this on my 2020. The creaking sound is pretty annoying and they will probably break at some point.

Type A doesn't have auto close, so just don't hold the switch as long when closing.
