I do mild off roading. Mainly trails to get camps for the RTT. I sold my JK because hard off roading kills the wife's back. Just want to set the truck up to handle better, which it already does. It's going in right now to bump the front up. I'm currently at 4/3 setting on the 6112's. I need to decide if I want to set at 5/4 or 6/5 to get 1 1/2" or 2". Adding UCAs as well.

If you get UCA with built in caster and lift and right wheel and tire off set it might not rub at all. I have a buddy who has a 3rd gen with a 2.5 inch lift no cab mount chop and the right wheel and tire offset and he doesnt rub. Even off-road

To hijack this thread. I've been going out more and always had a concern that I still have my stock (~31") spare if something was to happen. Does anyone know if a 33" (close to it) would fit under there and would the exhaust cause issues with the tire? I know there is a heat shield but want to know if anyone has experience with such. My fitment is 285/70/17.

I'm at 2.5in front and 2.0in rear lift height and I barely clear the cab mount. I only really noticed rubbing on the cab mount when at full articulation AND when I shift to reverse. I'm running 285/65r18 (basically 33s). I ended up doing a CMC and I recommend it, but it's not necessary. My rims are 18x9 with 0mm offset and 4.5in backspacing. I have the ICON UCAs and they definitely helped with alignment specs. Just get a good UCA that allows for proper alignment and you'll be fine.

Thanks, I'm having them max out the 6112s up front which will get me 2 inches of lift up front and installing Camburg UCA's. Gonna run my 265/75/16s for a bit until I save some more cash for bigger tires and wheels.
