You need to reach out to who you are donating to so they can post on their social media. Also, do a flyer and they can post at brink and mortar.

Idk about reaching out to them yet, they may see it more as a marketing gimmick. Maybe when or if I reach $100 donated I will. You wouldn’t look at it as just publicity?

The reason I chose this group is bc after one volunteer bought one from me a lot of others started as well.

Both are good. I got both a t case and transmission from these 2 places and both came with a 1 year warranty and tested with A grades.

Has anyone had any experience with 4WP in Pelham? Looking to regear and add a front locker. Need it done right and fairly close by. Could probably pull it off myself, but don't have the time to do it.

 

Order one from ECGS and ill help you put it in one Saturday.

 

Theirs going to be cheaper and i trust them alot more since all they do is gears. They did both my diffs.

 

This. I installed mine after work one day in about 3-4 hours, easy. Now the wiring took 10+ hours but that’s bc I’m electrically idiot

 

Gahhh don't make me work!!!!! NO MORE WORK!!! Alright, maybe. That's a very nice offer and cash shall be awarded if we do it. How hard is it to do the bearings back there? I'm wanting to knock anything out I need to while I'm back there with 150k on the truck.

 

Wiring doesn't worry me a bit, but diffs are totally new to me outside of doing the ECGS bushing and changing CV's

 

Same, I had done nothing with the diff before but I was shocked at how easy it was. Take off wheels, disconnect axle and driveshaft, and swap diffs. I stripped 2 bolts bc it should have been 18ft/lbs but I cranked that sum bitch to 70ft/lbs bc I read the diagram wrong but other than that it went fine lol

 

Are you doing new gears in front and rear along with a front locker?

 

Yep 18ftlb . Ive seen too many wrong answers where that concerned lol

 

New gears has to match for 4x4, probably new bearings in rear. Front ARB. Got a quote from ECGS with labor, but no time to drive up there plus wife is too far along now for that long of a trip.

 

Back doesn’t look too bad, but the front looks a little tricky with drilling the hole for the locker

 

I would explain that and say I thought it would be a great idea to donate some of my proceeds from each sale too. Most will take what ever they can get and how ever. Plus, they all have partners they work with. Might even go in person and carry them a free one for their address.
