This is the part number that is getting installed for the recall effort:
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Genuine-OEM-Toyota-Kit-Pump-Fuel-04009-86531-/274454487703

I also attached the Recall instructions, just in case.

    I am.

Cautiously optimistic about the stock clutch holding for the base kit but fully expecting to have to upgrade, wouldn't be at all surprised.

Yeah that was kind of my plan. See how the stock one does, but put money aside for an upgrade.

    You're welcome!

I had trouble finding it myself. I found Lexus and other Toyotas, but the instructions were updated recently.

So looking at this the 20TA02 covers the 2018-2019 tacomas. My recall was 20TB02 for the 2017, which still shows no remedy available. Going to do some digging on this but I doubt the pumps are different, but I've been wrong before.

There were two parts listed on my invoice 04009-81730 and 04009-86531. I'm not sure how relevant/important the replacement kit is to what is going on in here. It sounds like it includes the non-pump parts listed on page 18 of the instructions if I'm understanding the note correctly "Order the parts kit’s specific to each VIN, as detailed in the parts lookup website (p. 4)."

I believe that is more about the phasing of the Recall and being able to get a hold of the parts. The Recall was recently expanded to include late MY 2017s and up.

Looking at what @MESO did installing the OVT / DW pump, I am thinking from the shadetree view that just the pump would be needed. The O rings and retainer should be reusable with typical care while working.

i think the main issue right now is that you can't get one. or parts.

Haven't posted recently but wanted to let you guys know we are finishing up to get this next round out.

The instructions will be updated soon, clarifying a few steps, as there was a few things that were changed on my truck a long time ago that isn't shown in the current instructions. (Nothing major).

For people asking when they can buy, there is no ETA, and not taking deposits again.

To be transparent on why it's taking much longer than I thought is because currently all of the setup/prep work I'm doing. Having the manifolds sanded, oil pans tapped, drilled, CNC'd parts, etc I do each one.
They didn't come fully prepared right out of the box.

I am super excited to get these out and hear some impressions!

Fingers crossed I will have a full drive tonight. All my parts should be in and I have the tune that is supposed to fix my issues.

I drive a heavy 2016 ORDblCab. The stock clutch was tough to get going on a hill with all that weight.
The urd heavy flywheel and stage 2 grip so well. I had some noise from the pressure plate after like 3k miles, but it magically went away.
Coupled with the ADM - you won't be sorry!
