    Just for the hell of it, I pressed the button that deactivates the side curtain airbags, and no light came on; There are no airbag warning lights on, but it concerns me that light telling me the side curtains are off won’t turn on...

    I seem to remember it being a “push on/push off” type of thing; Now it has to be held in!

    and i believe you have to be stopped / under 5mph to turn it off, though i could be wrong. Definitely needs to be held down though.

    That sucks! I usually rig a chain thru the handle to keep them upright, plus then l can put a lock on it.
