You have to love this...this is by far the easiest of fan shafts I ever have to make. Just 1/2" key slots in turned/ground 2.1875 diameter bar. Someone with infinite wisdom stores the bar outside then brings it to me like this. Note; I've already got the pidgeon droppings knocked off. Love to stay and chat but they'd like these done today. Strictly for bean counting purposes. 20201216_123549.jpg

I had a friend her daughter was pretty much raised in a Tack Shop till she started school she was always so far ahead of the other kids .
By the time she was 12 you really thought you were talking to a much older person.

Yes sir, we told her he didn't mean anything by it. He came in and she middle fingered him and said Kieth, guess what? I mean, he had no choice but to laugh.

Something cleaned every molecule of peanut butter off the stainless tube, but no demise...
I think either some huge rats could reach over the side opposite of the ramps and have a feast, or possibly a possum stood up on the edge and had a snack. one things for sure, the tube spins with the slightest breeze, so I doubt some mouse performed a circus act and somehow survived.

I don't recall for sure, when they brought it to me I didn't get a issue ticket. I know it's a carbon steel and from drawing I want to say a 1090? I could look tomorrow. A job you with CNC could have done in a 1/8 of time it took me.

I say the new and improved model must include some type of sensor and a flame, big fire!

Not being the quickest witted person...you can all laugh at me now when I tell you it took a couple hours later I figured it out. I went back to machining and thought, no I wouldn't want them on my pastry...some colored Sprinkles maybe..then it dawned on me:anonymous:
