    I have some customers that are unable to bring their stuff out. I noticed it was awhile (3 weeks) that she didn’t bring stuff out. So I looked. They were full. She came out and I saw she was on a cane. I assured her to not worry, I will make sure that she has no worries. A simple hello and a wave means so much sometimes.
