not the most comforting from a security perspective but they all come keyed the same by default. If I remember correctly it’s a different/special part number for different keys. You should be fine ordering 3 packs (assuming they’re authentic southco and not the knockoffs common on Amazon). I ordered all mine individually and they’re keyed the same and now I have a dozen of the same keys.

I’d wager my key will open any GFC in the country.

Edit: looked it up in the catalog and the second “2” in C2-43-25 denotes keyed CH751. You need to order them without the lock cylinder (which is a different p/n) and get the cores separately if you want a different key according to the southco catalog.

What is everyone doing to suspension in order to compensate for the extra 300lb of the camper. I was thinking to install sumo springs? are those any good?

 

I went with Dakar hd leaf pack(600lbs). My setup will pry get close to 600lbs. You can always change the hd pack to a md pack if needed.

McMaster has IP 67 rated keyed alike latches. That’s what I got. It does cost tho

 

No, I just loaded up my roof panel cut files and requested a quote and they said it was too big and gave the max dimension.

Maybe I'll try and see how much a side panel is today.

 

Most any locksmith should be able to re key them.

So for cost, I am leaning towards 1530 extrusion from TNUTZ.

Any reason not to miter cut the extrusion? I feel it's a cleaner look. But it means internal fasteners only as opposed to internal and external (possibly not strong/rigid enough?). Anyone have experience in miter vs no miter?

 

Another downside to miter joints on 8020 corners is if you want to add more any slot nuts to it, they will have to be the pivot-in type (expensive).

It has been done though. Potentially easier to seal the corners
