    No weight... maybe... Im just shy of 30mm range and im good. Truck has been been everywhere from the Rubicon to fast Nevada dirt trails... daily driven... solid. Springs are definitely stiffer than stock so those who are running no weight are probably confusing the stiff ride with "topping out" or maybe they need to adjust the rebound? Who knows.

    on Amazon, along with the cheapest 1 inch brush at Home Depot. Pry apart springs with flat head screw driver and liberally coat everything that might touch. Wear disposable gloves. Works great. Would recommend the big tub rather than the little packets. Or get new leaf pack....o_O:notsure:

    I do that with regular grease. Use a flat blade screwdriver to dab it in between the end of the leafs where most of the movement is

    Installed replacement leaf pack medium load. Preload at 13 driver 12 passenger with a 1/2 in spacer driver and 1/4 passenger. Switched from 255/85 to 265/75 again. Rides way better so far.

    I received the new leaf pack from ARB, but haven't installed it yet. Liking the new one, huh? Notice any difference in ride height or quality (stiffer, more plush)?

    I finally got my preload adjusted to 30mm drivers and 27mm passenger
    i'm also using a 1/4" spacer drivers side.

    I like to drive fast (who doesn't?) and when i hit a good little dip, my front drivers side sounds like it rubs the inner wheel well up top. I can't tell if it's my tire or UCA (I'd assume my tire).
    I have the compression maxed drivers side.

    What now, bumpstops?

    Edit: I guess it's important to note - i have full steel skid package, sliders, front bumper, winch, and dual AGM's. She's a whale

    it usually happens when i hit a dip. The front drivers compresses all the way to the wheel well liner, then back out.

    so far it rides much better. I also added the el05 spacer on the rear pack to level it out. My wife drove the truck today and said it was night and day to her. I have e load tires again but where we live we need to have it to be honest.

    Hmmm... I’m running 285’s at 15mm preload with steel bumper, winch, skids, sliders and never bottom out like that. I do have durabump bump stops.

    That question was for @Gnarman , you're good. Not sure what 's causing your issue. If you have compression maxed, it shouldn't bottom out, I would think.
