Good comment! Scored some 7.62x39 this morning from academy. Crazy seeing these selling for so much online....

Hey I’ve got a couple of those! Ya it’s ridiculous what folks are charging, I’d be lying if I didn’t consider throwing up an Ad 520 for 520 9mm.
Great score our academy has been Barron last month or so.

the whole reason for their invention in the first place. ATF just shitting out rules with no legal backing in law.

The ATF itself has no legal backing.

Walked in to Academy today to pick up an online order (some tools for an AR-15 build :D) and wandered over to the ammo aisle. To my surprise, there were a bunch of 50 rd boxes of brass casing 9mm Luger! Score one for the little guy. The only time I've gotten ammo there in the past few months is when I get to the store before opening, stand in line like a putz, then get whatever scraps are left.

Got gifted a 19 from my boss, never owned a Glock before as I've got HK's. What are the "must have" items for these other than the trigger bar and sights? Or should I sell it and use the funds to buy another HK?

    Step 1- obtain a Glock
    Step 2- done

IMO I wouldn’t do anything major to it, it’s a great firearm that will work every time. That’s just me though, I know a lot of guys like to trick them out and what not.

Guys just make sure we keep politics out of this thread. I don't want to see it locked.

    Congrats!!
Depends on what your intended purposes are with it. I see it’s already been stippled that’s good the extended controls are a must for myself. For home protection I’d leave the internals stock and get some good night sights and light be done with it.

For a range toy the limit is your budget, trigger setups I love apex triggers also zev, threaded barrels and a comp are fun kkm or lonewolf are good stuff, you could have the slide milled or get a aftermarket one the throw an rds on it.

For a must ghost 3.5lbs connector or polish the oem trigger bar, night sights trijicon or ameriglo, maritime cups also so you can shoot underwater:D
