    slip and drip day.

    Moron sensor is on high

    Should be interesting

    Hope everyone is safe.

Plow just went by scraping the road and pushing the banks
    back into my drive.

They are earlier than usual so makes it easier for me.

Coffee is on the agenda at the moment.

With me, it's either the township plow that pushes the snow back in front of the driveway I just shoveled or, further down the road, several neighbors must combine to snow blow their driveways because there is a spot where at least 3 drives have snow blown their driveway snow back onto the clean road, rather than their yard. I always though that is rude to do.

    That’s a fine around here.

wind direction makes it necessary to snow blow the street after I get done the drive once
in a while. Had to do that yesterday..

The roads were good except the last leg, which is an isolated steep and windy road. No plow or much traffic on this one. It looks about the same as yesterday.

Bout to get my son up to start his day. Last day of school for him before the holidays. Finally putting our tree up tonight.

And good morning TW. Y'all have a great day.

And as a reminder - keep that snow up north! :D

    Morning all,

Love to see the snow , from my desk in Florida! 38* right now, humidity plunging, wind about 21 out of the north!! Dammit, who left that door open.. Wife decided would be a good night to open the bedroom window and let the breeze thru, 58* in the house this morning, dogs where trying to get under the blankets about three... Mom is currently re-thinking her decision!!

It's icy today, with the temps in the 20s. Yesterday, it was about 2-3 inches of snow piled up on the crest of a hill, going down each side. This, right after the township plow truck came by a short time earlier. Maybe it's me. It's like the guy in summer who blows his high grass into the road when he's on his mower or tractor. My road is a rural one, barely wide enough for two vehicles to pass, so you really can't avoid it by going onto the other side.

We live on a township road too.
It gets plowed just 1 time after it snows.
The plow drivers always move over to avoid hitting mail boxes. I don't mind cleaning part of the road. It's easier than replacing the mailbox.

Good Morning. Hope all you Eastcoasters are staying safe. Especially in the North.

@kamakazie_1 My wife loves to open windows as well...she used to turn the heat down also. We compromised, at least in the winter. I get the heat and she gets the breeze. She usually regrets the decision when we head downstairs to the family room.

Labs came back and my thyroid is crazy low. Doc thinks it’s the few pounds I’ve gained since Covid hit. (No Thyroid = Meds calculated by weight). That would explain why I was so tired, cold, and couldn’t think my way out of a box...I guess it also accounts for the change in pressure behind my eyes. Will take about a month to regulate my system. Until then weekly labs.

Gifting my teachers a much needed two week break after today. They have earned it. Normally I’m on call during that time. Looks like the Superintendent is giving us some extra days as well.

    Stay Well...Stay Safe

@ Pointeman, my wife has a low thyroid. That can lead to weight gain itself, along with lethargy.
