I already had to make cuts years ago when I lifted and went to a larger tire. Changed over the upper control arms not that long ago to a beefier set, tires were rubbing the UCA, so we put the spacers on. It helped but if I do a sharp turn I hit fenders.. if I get new tires I will most certainly have to chop more off.

You'll need to trim a little off the front of the fender well, but probably not the flare, and some off the back of the flare. I use the marks from the mud flap as a guide for trimming.

Good to know and thanks for the tip, hoping the trimming is minimal and part of the reason I didn't go with 33s.

3 of them just arrived, waiting on the 4th...

I agree, as I have a similar drive.... during storms, 95% of the time NY is wet/bare, and PA is snow/ice covered immediately after crossing the stateline
Only tradeoff is wondering how much MgCl is applied and seeing teh stain of it on the truck when I get to work....

It's Happy Hour Face Time with my sister and her husband who live in Michigan. I'm having some Maker's 46 and Lynn is enjoying a Boulevardier made with Bardstown Bourbon Company Fusion.

So we had Breakfast for Dinner, something we do irregularly, usually when it is going to be a cold or wet morning. Switched things up a little by frying potato and cheese peirogies in the bacon renderings. Came out nice and crispy exterior and the filling had way less moisture, ftw. It's a texture thing for me, as I dislike mushy food. Just tossing this out as a food experiment while stepping out to a new restaurant is a bit of a challenge these days. Probably going to break out the deep fryer for the holiday weekend, just want to get some lard to avoid those evil trans-fats from vegetable oil.

Funny, at my old job I came in one day and some no talent ass clown took the liberty of laminating a sign and put up for all to see. They did this with all the supervisors, most of them were graffiti up in a couple of days. Nice way to tell me that I'm basically a highly paid janitor that happens to run a nuclear reactor.

I don't want anyone calling me with their problems, thrown out your own damn trash. That's why management is for the birds and I now work from home aka in the shop every day LOL. Anyway, that's the end of my rant, time to crack open a cold one.

Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!! It's a balmy -1 deg F right now here at Mighty Mortgage Manor. Glad I'm not going anywhere. Still waiting for our Covid test results but both of us are symptom free. Hoping it comes back today so we can go get our Christmas tree.

    Stay warm and safe!!!
