Man I just read this and it tugged on my heart hard especially when I got to the news of today. Just said a good long prayer for Parker, lindsey, yourself and your family. Can only imagine how gut wrenching this is as a father and grandfather. I will continue to pray for you and your family.

Well it’s all said and done daughter is back from cesarean. Parker’s head is big but still I’m praying that it’ll go down with the shunt that I hope doctors will install. Who knows at this point just along for the ride so to speak. Daughter is fine, Parker is functioning normally. Parents are I’m sure a lot overwhelmed. My daughter is a good mother and person and so is my son-in-law. Really wish I could say that we knew what to do at this point. God is still in charge and never gives us more than we can handle. I believe that but I’d give anything for her to be better. Literally anything and have told God that. Really could use the prayers and wish for Parker’s sake that things improve. Don’t want her ever to be sad. Can’t wait to hold her and tell her I love her. Peace my brothers, keep praying and trusting in God. Who knows He may send Jesus to collect us and then ALL WILL BE WELL.... forevermore at that point!

IM behind you my friend. Clear that you are asking for prayers from who ever you can which I can admire and appreciate.

It is always tough not being able to directly help our loved ones, but you are clearly doing everything you can do to help what it is out of your power. I have total empathy for you and your family but respect you for doing everything you can in your power including asking for prayers from strangers on this forum.

Whatever happens I will keep you guys in my prayers and use this as an example when I think things are bad they can always get worse. But sometimes through the hardships you get a miracle which makes it 1000x better and I will pray this happens to you. You clearly are a loving father and god deserving and I hope he ends up granting you your wishes. But if for any reason he doesn’t please do your best to put your pain aside and be there for your daughter and son in law.

God works in very mysterious ways we do not understand and only puts the worst burdens on people who can hold them. But I believe he will be there for you and your family and reward Parker and your daughter who have been through the worst with his miracles and give them a long time together. Regardless you and your family will be in my prayers and have made up my mind on reconciling with my family I haven’t seen In years for the holidays. God bless.

Thank you Professor D... I appreciate ya and hope all goes well when you get together with family again. It’s exactly what God would want you to do. Tell them that you love them and work things out from there. We’ll be okay but have to admit that I don’t really know what to do at this point. Continue to put my concerns in Gods hands and glad that He’ll take it from there.

Will definitely do that when I read this post it made me feel stupid for the the reasons I haven’t spoke to my old family. Had been toying with the idea of seeing them or not but reading this made it a no brainer. I read the post about your daughters hospital expense and as someone who had to get there finger amputated with no insurance. (Don’t worry i can financially handle it) I strongly urge you to set up go fund me
Or fundraiser to financially assist your daughter atleast on this forum. The last thing she should be worried about is financial issues and if you’d like any help dm me I could try to assist setting up and getting it out there. Best of luck my friend.

    I just read this thread.
Not sure if it’ll help, Im probably not Jesus’ favorite right now but I will say a prayer for your girls. The best of luck to you and your family.

I know I will appreciate your prayer most of all! God loves us all but like the loving father He is, He just wants what is truly best for us. I’ve been up against Him myself in the 80’s and on deaths door to boot. Glad to be back where I’m loved and Heaven bound! Thanks for your Prayer God desires greatly to hear from you! And hopefully often!

Praying for you, your granddaughter, and your family. May the Lord heal her and comfort you and yours. God Bless.

    Romans 5:8
"but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

    Ephesians 2:8-9
"8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—9 not by works, so that no one can boast."

9 am is when she gets the shunt to drain the water that caused her problems. Thanks for your prayers and we need some more!!! Kinda needy about that right now. This will hopefully make the biggest difference in her little life and her future. Hopefully her head will get much smaller because of this and good Lord willing it will. Thanks!
