Is there anyone in this group of Toyota owners that I could send my 2008 toyota tacoma prerunner srs access cab gauge cluster to get new led lights put on my circuit board? I need my dial lights fixed as they no longer shine either. If there is someone willing to do the soldering for me and change the color off of that ugly orange, then I want to pay you. I will ship to you everything you need from my truck, and then just give me a price, and I will pay you. I can't see my dials, and my orange led cluster lights are faded. Please help me. I hope someone out there will help me out. Thanks. My email is kwashb@gmail.com. Kelly Washburn.

Bulbs don't just plug in and out?
Are you sure they are soldered?

Welcome to TW! I believe the 05-11 Tacoma gauge lights are regular incandescent bulbs that can easily be swapped for leds.

If they are all out, have you checked fuses? Or the dimmer circuit?

My 2010 has LED's for the gauges, pretty sure all 2nd gen's are LED's. The climate and switches all use incandescent though.

OP I don't suppose you accidentally bumped the dash light dimmer wheel to the left of the gauge cluster did you?

Ahh gotcha. Weird that the earlier 2nd Gens had LEDs for the gauges but the old bulbs for the climate stuff. They are all LED on my 2014.
