I’m looking into getting a 2-3” lift hoping to keep it under $1k.

    What would y’all recommend?

you installing it yourself? If you're not, and you're going to pay someone to install it + alignment the best you're gonna do is a spacer and block setup for under 1K.

The better question is what do you want out of the lift? looks? improved ride quality? better handling off road? Those are all answers that would help steer you in the right direction.

If you install yourself, you've got some better options. I think most folks go with the Bilstein shock and OME spring setup. That falls in around 1K if you just do an add a leaf in the rear instead of a full leaf pack.

I’ll have someone install it - just trying to keep the actual set up under $1k.

My truck is a daily driver, so something that’s comfortable for every day driving, but that also performs well off road.

Push it towards $1,300 and get the setup I got.

    Bilstein 6112 front coilovers
    Bilstein 5160 rear shocks
    1.5” AAL
    Wheelers Superbump bump stops

paid $1,340 or something like that shipped and I’ve heard great things about those shocks and struts

A hair late since you missed black Friday sales, but I paid somewhere around ~750 for the Eibach kit (springs assembled) and wheelers 3 leaf AAL. That was with 15% off so its probably around 850ish now? Might be cheaper at headstrong now. Since you're having a shop install you probably dont need to have the springs assembled and could save a hundred bucks or so.

I really like it. I think I got around 2inches front and just under 1.5 in the back. Looks good and rides pretty good. A little stiffer than my stock OR suspension but no more brake dive.

You could also do the Bilstein 5100 with OME springs and Headstrong AAL for about the same price. Personally I opted for the Eibach kit due reports of the OME springs sagging.

Whatever you get you have to buy it on a major holiday sale or black friday. I'd wait for NYE & see if anyone has a sale. If not, then your next big one is Memorial Day in May. The $$$ you save using sales means you can buy new UCAs! Also, since I live in Denver - I went to Toytec because I can pick it up & save even more $$ because I don't pay shipping. Check locally & save $$$
