Here's something I do have pics of. I christen these my tractor beams.
    PXL_20201220_201408458.jpg
I bought the kit from ROPS Lights because I don't enjoy electrical. I did the wiring for the LED signals and tail tidy on that Yamaha beside the tractor. If there's an easy out when it comes to wiring, I'll take it!

    Headlights only:
    PXL_20201220_201030645.jpg
    Headlights and ROPS light together:
    PXL_20201220_201036444.jpg
The plow doesn't interfere with the headlights so much, but with the loader on, if the bucket is raised up high enough to travel, or your doing any loader work in the dark, you can't see what you're doing. The lights shine directly into the back of the bucket. Completely useless. The way I see it, the ROPS Lights just upped my productivity.

I’m guessing once joe gets is push plow that he may not go back to the blower... these are just my thoughts but I could be wrong

If he runs the Kubota skid shoes on his, I’d be interested in knowing the pin hole location, if you could take a measurement fro where the shaft meets the top of the skid. The plow doesn’t come with shoes. Mine are western truck plow that I ordered from Northern Tool. I’d like to be able to run them lower at the start of the season, where the ground isn’t quite frozen yet, and the base hasn’t been packed down. Right now, with all the spacers I can fit, the plow sits about an inch off the ground. Another inch would be great, because in float, the plow is heavy enough that the cutting edge will still scalp the gravel. It’s fine now that I’ve got a good base packed down, but big, early season dumps, I just don’t use float till the frost sets deeper. I should probably just drill another set of holes an inch up, and 90 degrees to the current location.

In a heavy snow season, I can run out of space to push snow. A blower keeps that from being an issue. I can just throw the snow into the field or bush beside the road.

I was surprised to find they have quite a following. I also flirted with getting into the wheel horse or other cool old garden tractor scene, but I have so many machines to maintain already...

Yeah they like to groan. I use Rotella T-6 5w-40 in my 3240, I have Delo 15-40 in my XT3, and 3205. Any synthetic in those weights is fine. Before MTD started hawking their oil they recommended a Shell oil that was renamed Rotella. Can't remember the name right now.

The XT3 is solid. The 2000 series was changed quite a bit around 2011 and the version we have was called a GTX 2000 and up. Much improved from the prev 2000s.

The 3000s have a different frame and hydro that has an auxillary circuit allowing up to 4 spool valves. I have 3 on my 3240. Loader and rear hitch lift. If you just want to tow or use electric actuators your XT3 is fine. If you want hydraulic power locate a 3000 series.

ETA: The 3000 series BDU-21L hydro is rated at 1000psi while the XT3 BDU-10 is rated at 500psi. I really can't tell a difference in the pulling power between the two but the 3000 can't be stopped. Mine has 200lbs of wheelweights and I have up to 300lbs hanging on the rear hitch and it will dig a hole with the rear tires before stopping.

Yeah, Case made some cool garden tractors. Saw a 444 sitting beside the highway for sale on my way back to Alberta from Ontario a couple of years ago. It was quite the exercise in self restraint for it to have not ended up in the back of my truck.

Best I can do. Pictures of how I have my garage organized for winter. Tractor and loader on the passenger side of the non-toyota. Backhoe attachment and summer toys along the wall. Wood pellets, work table, and Troybilt blower on the driver side. Lawn tractor is stored in my under deck enclosure. Lawnboys and Toro blower are in the sheds.

Your Tacoma in your other garage?
Your alternate transport (on floats) looks like a lot of fun.
