    I got an email to pay shipping also. I feel she should have ate the cost of shipping as a goodwill gesture since she held on to my money for over a year. Everything is nickel and dimes when it comes to her. Even paying via Friends and Family. What reputable company does that?! Just include the cost in the price of the item. Once I get my handle, i will be done with ordering any more items. I should have learned from the first purchase I made but back then, it was a start up so I understood the growing pains and even defended her actions....not any more. By now, there should be no excuses. I think she has forgotten the people who had purchased her products to get her business started in the first place.

    I’m in the medical field and I tell my staff all the time: 99% of our patients don’t have the ability to evaluate our technology or our skills. But 99% of their opinion of us is based on how we treat them; ie customer service.

    All the things!
    The majority of my medical experience has been with EMT's, and those guys being friendly, cool, and caring, meant 100% to me. Probably the shittiest jobs, but they've had the best attitudes.

    Companies nowadays will literally bend over backwards to make sure customers are happy even when they're wrong. Not defending her but customer service is alive and well.

    I’ll say again, this just doesn't feel right. I’m usually a pretty good judge of things (could be my age :rofl:) but I missed this one completely. Hindsight says, once bitten, twice shy. Or fool me twice shame on me.

    It’s already gone past the boundaries of “shipping week” for whatever reason and I’ve tried every way I know of to get her to explain why long term pre orders are being saved for last. Short of her driving it up here and hand delivering it, I just don’t give a shit. It will not end with any great joy or pride of the new gadget on my side and that’s a shame.

    Acceptance. I’m done.

    The only people that insist on friends and family for product purchases are those looking for an easy out should they fuck up. It’s so easy to just add the percent to compensate as a product purchase but then she’d have buyer protection or even direct calls to the bank to worry about.
