    I got the shipping confirmation but no tracking number. However I now have the tracking number as it showed up in my USPS Informed Delivery account.

    same. I checked informed delivery for the tracking number. Looks like the label has been printed but nothing has hit the post office yet.

    I originally responded to the shipping@ktjo4x4.com within a few hours and nothing so far, so honestly, who knows how shipping is being worked.

    I haven't even received the shipping payment request that some people are mentioning (I double checked my order confirmation e-mail from July and no shipping was added by her website for my order). I figure at this point, I'll get it when I get it. :notsure:

    I think acknowledgement of responsibility for this shipping f#%^ up might be in order along with what is being done to fix it for future business. I got past the point of caring whether the stupid GH ever arrives, just would like to know why this final, obvious important, part of the project has been handled in this way. I know, she has no obligation to explain anything - you pays your money, you takes your chances - but she’s burning customer satisfaction, and repeat business bridges the longer this goes on.

    My head says it will eventually work out but a nagging little voice says “man, you bein’ screwed over and there’s nothing you can do about it :annoyed:“ Monday rant ended.
    Let’s see what the day brings. :popcorn:

    I got my shipping confirmation email overnight after I paid for the shipping yesterday. Now we will see how long before USPS gets it. At least I now see light at the end of the tunnel!

    I'm so confused. I recv'd notice that my order was "shipped" via USPS Priority Mail but there is no tracking#.
    Am I fine? lol

    I mean if it says it shipped, isn't it shipped? If I have no tracking#, how do I track an incoming USPS package?

    Set up the USPS Informed account. It will automatically notify you of any incoming mail pieces or packages.

    If you have a USPS Informed Delivery account you'll see the tracking number in your dashboard. Aside from that not sure how else to get the actual tracking number unless you contact Katie.
