My e loads made my truck handle like a sports car on smooth roads with stock sport suspension. Now off road was a different story...

So glad i went with C load.

My mistake if I interpreted you comment wrong. I read it as you saying they were the worst and any search would turn up support of that.

In any case if you had odd wear and didn't last long, that sounds more like an alignment issue. Tire wear patterns are a result of the direction they are placed in relation to the direction they are forced to go. Tires roll the direction they are pointed and when that isn't straight, they have to drag themselves back in line. This happens over and over and eventually causes wear pattern. This is similar to the effect you see on shoes when someone with pronated feet or someone that is pigeon toed.

Completely agree. There is no such thing as a perfect tire and everything is a compromise. A tire that does great in one category won't do good in another. You have to find the one that does the most for what you want with the negatives you can live with at the price you want to pay. That is whey there are so many options.

Had my front end aligned shortly after they were put on. I’m not a fan of them.

I've been a BFG KO and KO2 fan for over 20 years on several of my trucks. When I decided to build my 17 Taco OR, I wanted skinny 33s. Unfortunately I couldn't get 255/80r16 in a KO2, so I red up on the KM3 MT tire. Decided to go for them and DO NOT REGRET!

Yes they are heavy and did knock me down a few MPGs due to the weight and additional tire size, but man are these smooth and nearly bullet proof!

Very quiet even for a MT. Balance is dead on and so far no issues on wet pavement like some MT tires exhbit.

Maybe consider KM3s in your desired tire size?

Understood, but how do you know that alignment was done correctly? There are a lot of lazy techs out there and it isn't hard to fake a print out. Even if it were tire related, Michelin stands behind their product. Getting a set of defective tires although extremely slim could happen and Michelin usually stands behind their products even if the customer is somewhat to blame. That is something I can't say for the vast majority of tire companies out there especially Goodyear.

Not bashing you, but uneven wear combined with rapid wear is not something I would associate with any tire company. I get that you probably associate it with the tires and that is understandable. I won't eat Pizza Hut pizza because I got food poisoning after eating there. Probably had nothing to do with Pizza Hut, but it is in my head.

C load and E load have identical sidewalls. I have never found a dramatic difference in ride comfort between the two.

I have a set of Michelin’s on the truck now, been on for two years with no uneven wear and haven’t had the front end aligned since putting them on.

    KO2’s, you either like them or don’t. I don’t.

Our new TRD Pro came with Goodyear Wrangler Kevlar tires, and I'm wondering if anyone has any feedback on these tires for off-roading and snow. TIA.

In the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, I felt that off road in loose rocky ddry mellow off road trials they were fine. In the snow, slush on roads, the Toyo Open Country ATIII is a better tire.
For driving in snow covered/plowed streets nothing beats a dedicated winter tire.

They’re not that bad in the snow. They are pretty well siped and don’t get too hard in cold temp (I haven’t driven them in snow many times). But for mud or wet dirt they are pretty poor from what I hear (don’t have experience).
