Yeah man I know it sucks. I was lucky to get this set though. Seems like they are hard to come by. So far seem like a solid choice. Denver to Seattle and they rode smooth in E load at 40psi. Was averaging about 16 mpg at 70mph. Although WY had me at 13 due to 50-60mph winds. That sucked.

Side Note: Love the size but the wheel spacers definitely make it look better on the wheel well.

Here are some some pic for those that want skinny’s, save some weight, and gain a little better traction in the snow and mud from what I here... 245/75/17 with wheel spacers. Truck has lift too. I miss my 32’ skinny’s, but this will work well with the camper I’m picking up today!

If I go 265/70/17 in the SL model can anyone confirm what sidewalls I would get? The fake ones or the real ones? :D

The SL will have the least aggressive design.

I saw American made sidewalls yesterday for the first time in person, they were sooo different than mine. My wife had to listen to my bitching for most of the rest of the car ride home. I share here cause nobody else understands. lol

My LT's are Japan so no cool sidewall but at least with the LT, you get that super deep tread. :)

Any of you guys running SL 285/70/17? How’s the sidewall look?

It will look like the other SL tires of any size. The LT285/70R17 appears to have the US thicker side lugs as seen earlier in the thread. That doesn’t mean there aren’t Japan runs in this same size though, so best to check it out first with Toyo if it’s a big factor in the decision.

I have these on my Duramax in a 255/80R17. I really like them on and off the road. We have snow on the roads right now and they are doing great so far. They are bad about throwing rocks but I expected that when I bought them. 668C6CD7-CF57-4F7E-93E9-98F3B495F1D2.jpg9EAA56FE-3EE5-4E24-BBCA-541F3F5B798C.jpg

I thought I had my tire search finalized with the wildpeaks but now I'm seriously considering these. Pretty much the same price but these have an extra 10k on the tread warranty.

These definitely look less aggressive than the wildpeaks but not significantly less. Anyone have an opinion?

I was looking at wildpeaks as well but went for the Toyo's. I think they are a better tire overall and if the longevity of the AT2 carries over to the AT3 then these will last a long time. As far as looks go, I like them, they are not an R/T or M/T by any means but they do look good (LT265/70/17).

Are these offered with a white letter option?
