    Patriots have always been my top team, since I was a kid so I suffered through the shitty times for the franchise.

    I was a pretty big Denver fan, always liked Elway.

    I was talking to someone about that the other day and they asked me who they beat, oddly I was in my breezeway smoking so I read the teams off the picture my wife got me commemorating it. Top of my head I think only 4 of the 16 were one score games..and some were blowouts.

    WhenI was a kid, everyone had a secondary team cause the Pats sucked.

    They were mediocre on the field. At one point they were banned from MNF due to crowd misbehavior. When they were televised, it wasn’t uncommon for fans to have bags on their heads....

    Mine was the Steelers- Lambert, Franco, Mean Joe. I could go on. What a team, what an era.

    My brother in law got season tickets in 1980. He told me back then you could walk up and get good seats, they did seasons just b/c there were 12-14 of them and they knew they'd all get to sit together that way.
