Hard no from me but I suspect it will be popular among the people who need to spend 30k to leave the pavement.

    Yeah. Old news.

The real question is where can I get this hipster-bullshit gadget?

    upload_2020-12-21_11-58-40.jpg

I totally want a $300 folding plastic campfire. My 30 friends that I've never met in real life will be totally jealous over that.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Makes a very pretty picture - not an effing chance that I would be seen towing that down the road.

How many batteries does it come with? Can the flames be set to flicker? Is there an auxiliary smoke kit? A 'crackle' sound add on? Can I control it via my phone BT?

I dunno man I saw a sweet pimped out jeep towing a jeep trailer on at least 10k worth of wheels and tires into a camp spot with a Honda oddesey next to it. Don’t worry they bank rolled it and hope to make money back by "smashing that like button and sharing that video with friends and family."

Not a snowball's chance in hell of a $10k price point, but if it was $10k I might buy one.

If they do make it, I hope people buy the hell out of them. More money on stuff like this means more money that can go directly back into R&D and tacoma improvements at Toyota.

They better have a USB charging station on each end or I'm doomed. My gal and I only communicate using likes and emojis.

    The overland way of communication

The primitive way would be smoke signals from the plastic burning once someone drinks and tries to make the digital fire hot

That thing looks like ass. I'm sure it's going to come at a premium but even for a sub-$10K price point it would be a hard pass from me (and I admit, I waste money on a lot of stupid shit).

Well shit. I want my campfire to be brand loyal and all, but look at those reviews:

    upload_2020-12-21_12-14-32.jpg

I might have to splurge and get a stack of these instead.
