    My mother worked for the post office as a letter carrier for over 30 years. I remember when she went from her old Jeep to the LLV (Long Life Vehicle). Granted, like Boeing employees, no one bitches more than a postal employee, but I've never heard so much complaining about a vehicle in my life... I've rode in one on multiple occasions. I wouldn't recommend any sort of restomod...

    Hahahahaha! Sure, it's a gov procurement S-10, but it's an aluminum one! :santa2:

    I was kinda thinking about a nice little motor with 4wd and such. Nice little hauling / sleeping area in the back.

    It is likely to always be a back burner thing unless I magically get a ton of space and an out building / man cave.

    Had the same thing happen to me several times. One day, i had a package delivered at 6am. Another, have of my packages got delivered in the morning, the rest late at night. I guess they have so much to deliver, it dont all fit in one truck so they do 2 deliveries the same day. The USPS, UPS and FedEx people are really working hard this year more so due to Covid and I really appreciate them for their dedication to get our stuff to us safely so we dont have to go out and risk exposure. Mahalo to all you Delivery People!

    Nah... I just won't give postal employees that much credit. Lived with one for 20 some odd years, and spent hours and hours after school (high school) waiting in the post office break room. I've heard too many stories and have seen too many shit employees to say anything nice...

    Of course I'm mostly kidding... and I'm definitely salty. However, I refuse to take anything back. I don't care if KT holds off on shipping my handle until 2024... Imma die on my sword.

    There is a show on TV called Junkyard Gold and he recently came across old postal vehicles and Jeeps. They have all kinds of weird shit about them, some had watercooled VW engines.
