    parts and stuff
    when i sold my house back in 2019, we put it up on market on a friday when a snow storm hit and was under contract by sunday night/monday morning. would have been nice to have nice weather but i pocketed $65k so i didnt complain all that much

    Snowpack is extremely spooky right now. Was out and the pack was a nice firm slab on top of 20cm of facets. I personally am avoiding anything close to 30 degrees right now. Everyone knew this was coming with the long dry spell but it still seems to be being underestimated right now. I read a report out of the Uintah range that the ECT failed before the pit was even completed. Stay safe!

    there are a few of those but fortunately they are far enough down the block that most of that drama stays away.

    there used to be a retired lady who rented the house behind mine. She would sit on the deck all day and chain smoke, yell at her adult son, and yell at her wolf hybrid Bubba and huge pittie Zues for their non stop barking.

    I did order this back in July and I was bummed at first but now it’s just about working it out with them in getting this sorted out. Hopefully they will be willing to make me a 1st Gen hood. Like this just with the hood scoop I choose.
