    Definitely don't make anymore videos to showcase the issue. Don't need to cause any more damage than what is done.

    Have you already checked the oil for shavings?

    The rear main cover plate can be removed and then with the timing cover removed, you can drop the crank. You will have to push each rod up the bore to get clearance. For reassembly.

    Originally, during the install, what bearings did you purchase (OEM or aftermarket) and did the machine shop do the bearing clearance checks?

    Also, which oil weight have you been using?

    No oil leaks to have caused the issue?

    I haven't done anything to it yet .
    The picture above is from the Internet .
    Picture below is when I drained oil and found these small metal flakes (cig butt for size reference).
    Found only few .
    Didn't pulled towards magnet.

    Gotcha. Over here, only the 2003-2004 4Runner had that style of pick-up on the intake cam gears.

    This means a set of rod bearings are toast.

    You know your cross member better than most.

    That is going to be the largest hurdle.

    I have pulled rod bearings with my engine in the truck.

    I have pulled a crank out of an engine on a stand, without removing the heads. Leaving the pistons/rods in the bores.

    It is do-able.

    Get the oil pan off, and inspect which rods had the issue. See how the rod journals look. You will then know where to go from there.
