Has anyone used Toyota Finace with the special interest rates? I was wondering if they there was any fine print on the contract or other special fees they add on that you wouldn't have if you used your own finance resources. I'm looking at buying an 09 Tacoma & using their finance and don't want any surprises. I know i can save a lot of money vs going thru my CU if they don't have any fine print.

Personal experience. TFS has had the best rate I have ever had on a rig.

I purchased a 2003 Tacoma Extended Cab TRD Package through them at %3.9 nothing hidden I knew my payments up front and set them up electronically.

What you sign for at the dealer is financed through TFS. Honestly if TFS has a better interest rate and they approve you. Go through them. Just don't let the dealer f$%k you on the price.

Thanks for the info. You know the dealers try to sometimes make a little extra & don't tell you. I was wondering if it was as good as it looked. I've been around a while & feel like i can by the paper work if they added anything. I just want it laid out in b&w, don't try to blind side me.

TFS will finance what the dealer writes up. Their terms are in black and white. Nothing hidden. If you agree with what the dealer writes up on the contract and TFS approves you at the APR you have got nothing to worry about.

I had financing set up through my credit union and Toyota beat it. There is no fine print that comes a surprise if you've ever financed anything before.

Back in June I was lucky enough to get the 0% financing if I pay my truck off in 36 months. Sure can't beat that!

Just purchased my '09 Access Cab financed by Toyota Finance at 0% for 36 payments. Nothing unusual about the terms.

I got locked in at 0% for 60 months on my 08. I was surprised I qualified. At the time I was only 20 and had a 670 +/- credit score. No fine print or nothing, very strait forward.

X2, I was surprised they beat the credit union and the bank. Haven't had a problem with them in the past year.

I bought an '09 Taco about a month ago and used TFS. I was approved and out the door in about 20 minutes. The TFS website is top notch. I am set up auto pay from my checking account. I just got an email yesterday that they were processing my first payment to be withdrawn on the 28th. Lots of info is available about your account including payoff amounts. You can make extra payments whatever. I am very much impressed with. This was my first Toyota purchase and TFS is another great Toyota experience for me. I am 59 and have purchased many vehicles over the years. The whole Toyota experience has been the most pleasant of any purchase I have ever made from the vehicle itself to the dealership and TFS.

    Rick
