    I work nights every time I work days, we work a 24 hour shift. Lately I’ve been getting overtime on my 24 off in between so 72 hours straight.

    My old man worked night shift for a year or so for the extra $3 an hour. If I was given the choice I don’t think I would do it...mainly because my body would not like it

    I'm off 7am Christmas morning. Wasn't too worried about taking Christmas Eve off since we don't have kids to worry about.
    Likely get home and make breakfast/coffee for the wife and exchange gifts.

    Been on nights for 2.5 years.
    Been trying to get off nights for 2.5 years.

    Hate it but it's the job I got for now. Don't plan on hitting the 3 year mark.
