My cheap ass just took a small piece of steel strip bent it at 90 deg, drilled two holes and ran it over the frame. sits up higher and more out of the way.
They really put the trailer harness connection in a horrible spot. I bent it and almost snapped it off the first time off road.

    Total fail.

Goal: 5.29 R&P with my stock LSD.

The carrier bearings spun in my old housing which means the housing needs to be replaced. Although the shop I'm using stocks used parts they don't have a stock LSD which is what my preference is. They're waiting for returned phone calls to see if they can find a used one. If I gotta pay ~$580 for a stock LSD I'd rather spend it on a locker.

I gotta do a crash course in ARB air lockers: which housing do they use (I'm guessing open) and what's their cost?

Edit: Holy crap have you seen the price on those ARB's?!?! That's not a option right now.

Damnit. Which choice that I don't want do I pick... rhetorical.

Edit #2: the shop found a used factory LSD in great shape. Back on track.

303'd the plastic tailgate and bedside trim. Wish it was a bit more sunny today to show but man I love this stuff.

I mounted my rigid chase light and did a quick and dirty wire job to at least wire in the third brake light. I’ll go back in a couple of weeks when I have more time and wire in the running/strobe/cargo/reverse lights.

Thanks. Having the bobbed bed makes the rear tires so much more visible and I love it.

Sometimes I think there's more money spent on TW that would surpass the 2nd Relief Bill from our government just passed. I'd rather spend my money on a Tacoma and die happy! Of Course take care of Family first!

Okay so RainX Latitude are absolute shit wiper blades! Put on a pair in the spring and its the first real bad snow storm and they are clogging up and not clearing the windshield hardly at all. What is the best wiper out there? I have heard good things about the factory blades I think they are Sightline?

Stay away from RAINX! This is my second pair a year and they do not deal with snow or cold at all! After the first freeze they do not repel water a advertised and they don't sit well against the windshield.

I do have to admit I put rainX blades on the wife's Corolla and they are done after 6 months.

Costco always has Michelin's on sale for $7 a blade or so. I always have a spare set ready to go. Like anything Michelin, they're quality and that price? No brainer.

Those Rain-X blades suck out loud. I got a pair because they were cheap on Amazon.
They were noisy and bugged the shit out of me. Got another pair because I
figured the first time was just a fluke. Nope... same deal.
2 guys at work said they made the same mistake.
