One word...nikola...I got in after the SPAC, stock crashed, I doubled down, made most of my money back then the BS with the founder dropped and now I’m chillin in the red.

Yeah, I was watching that roller coaster from the sidelines. Glad I sat it out. I'll most likely own PEIX for life at this point. I just did the math and if I write covered calls for the next 22 months I will break even on the trade. lol

 

Very interesting. I am still learning options but covered calls are definitively interesting. Idk about 22 months interesting though haha

I left another $500 on the table on that...It was at $46 when I bought the put. I closed it on the 10th when it was at $37...It FELL another $5 to $32 before expiration and was at $1200

 

Yeah that drop was so rapid. I had been following Nikola for a while at that point so I think I was too emotionally involved in that one. I have decided not to invest in stuff like that anymore haha

 

I've done alright buying puts on the Robinhood Rises...I'll grab just one here and there and make $100-200...

 

Nikola was such a scam ipo lmao. Their demo was pushing a truck down a hill. Not that I'm a genius, but I saw that from a mile away and said noooopeeee.

I put my money in NIO. Chinese EV with explosive growth? Under a dicatorship government? What could possibly go wrong

 

I rode nkla and took a small profit on the rise before it tanked. FSR might get dragged down with it but i'm hoping for at least 1 more spike from it. My WHKS is making a small comeback.

 

I wouldn't hold your breath on any more spikes. Nikola has been a defunct company now for a few months. The market makers are pumping it a little bit every now and then to unload their shares, but it's a dead company.

Holllllly shit. Man. That was the first CD I ever owned. That was the second track on Whitey Ford Sings the Blues. My grandma bought it for me when I was like a freshman in high school. I won't get political, but the point is, if everyone remains in their current standing, if there's a veto, it would be an override.

But - that's a decision to be made too. If we do this, is it the full stimmy one way or another? Because we have some who wouldn't get it, BUT were in for 600 - would they still be in for 2k?
