In all fairness, I fill the cups full of ice (and eat the ice) so maybe 20oz per cup? Not sure but I'll be getting another one this afternoon!

 

Regular soda makes my belly hurt

 

This is obviously the difference between fat and skinny people.

I don't even want to get into my drinking habits but I rarely consume that much liquid. On occasion I'll get the urge to up my water intake and drink a few consecutive glasses.

 

I stopped drinking sugary and carbonated beverages for the most part. I figured it was either that or beer. Now i taste them and bleh....except for Dr. Pepper.

 

I rarely drink water but I know I should. I like some flavor flav in my drink.

I don't usually drink sodas either but when I do I typically just stick with ginger ale or the occasional Dr Pepper..and it's usually as a mixer.
